The Lean Design process at Margulies Perruzzi Architects is specially designed to maximize work flow, standard procedures, access, efficiency, and comfort. We suggest improvements and embody those improvements in the facility design to benefit not just the patients and doctors, but also nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants and administrative staff.
